Account deletion request
If you created a PetVerse account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data through the process below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to developer@assaranrichness.com.
- Use the subject line PetVerse Account Deletion Request.
- Include your PetVerse username and the email address linked to the account.
- If needed, PetVerse may ask for additional information to verify the request and protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
What will be deleted
- Your PetVerse account profile.
- Personal data associated with the account, subject to law.
- Content and account-linked information that PetVerse is not required or permitted to retain.
What may be retained
- Transaction and compliance records required by law.
- Security, fraud prevention, and dispute-resolution records.
- Limited backup or system records retained for a reasonable period before secure deletion.
