Terms of Service

1. Use of the app

• You may use PetVerse only for lawful purposes.
• You must not upload, post, or share illegal, abusive, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• You must not interfere with the app, other users, or PetVerse systems.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering or updating your profile.

3. User content

• You retain ownership of the content you submit.
• You grant PetVerse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and use your content to operate, improve, and promote the app.
• You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and share your content.

4. Virtual goods and purchases

• Coins, gifts, badges, and virtual items have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Purchases are final except where refunds are required by law or by platform policy.
• Billing may be processed by Google Play, Apple, or other applicable platform providers.

5. Suspension and termination

• PetVerse may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, the platform is misused, or action is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
• You may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion through the account deletion page.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PetVerse is provided on an as is and as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. PetVerse is not responsible for user-generated content, user disputes, indirect losses, service interruptions, or third-party systems.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Continued use of PetVerse after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
